You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. By creating an account, you confirm you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

You agree to: - Provide accurate and current information - Keep your credentials confidential - Not share your account with others - Notify us immediately of unauthorised access You are responsible for all activity under your account. Third-party login (Apple, Google) is subject to those providers' terms.

TRIBEX provides a sports matchmaking platform including: - Athlete profiles with Elo rating and tier system - Sports map for nearby athlete discovery (location-based) - 1-on-1 match invitations and real-time chat - Match result recording and competitive rankings - Pro subscription with advanced features We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

Free Plan: Core features available at no cost to all registered users. TRIBEX Pro: A paid subscription offering advanced features including unlimited sports, advanced statistics, priority map visibility, and full match history. Payment Terms: - Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis - Managed via Apple App Store or Google Play - All fees are non-refundable except as required by law - Pricing may change with prior notice EU Cooling-Off Period: EU residents may withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, unless paid features have been used.

TRIBEX uses an Elo rating system to rank athletes. To protect competitive integrity: - Match results are validated server-side - Elo calculations occur exclusively on our servers - Attempts to manipulate rankings, inflate Elo, or fake match results are a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination - Match recording requires both participants to be confirmed participants of the event

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting, you grant TribeX a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use your content to operate and improve the Services. You confirm your content: - Does not violate any law or third-party rights - Is not false, misleading, defamatory, or harmful - Does not contain viruses or malicious code We may remove content that violates these Terms.

You agree not to: - Use the Services for unlawful purposes - Harass, abuse, or harm other users - Impersonate any person or entity - Attempt to manipulate the Elo or ranking system - Use automated tools to scrape or extract data - Attempt unauthorised access to any part of the Services - Send unsolicited messages or spam - Upload malicious content Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

By enabling location access, you consent to collection and use of your location as described in our Privacy Policy. - Your precise location is never shared with other users - We apply a geographic offset server-side to protect your privacy - Location is accessed only while the app is active You are responsible for your safety when meeting other users in person. TribeX is not responsible for harm arising from in-person interactions.

You may delete your account at any time via: Settings → Manage Account → Delete Account Upon deletion, all your personal data including profile, messages, match history, and photos will be permanently erased within 45 days.

All content created by TribeX — including the name, logo, design, code, and features — is our exclusive property protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TRIBEX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, AND SAFETY OF IN-PERSON USER INTERACTIONS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRIBEX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) €50 OR (B) AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify TribeX from claims arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Disputes are subject to the courts of Portugal. EU residents may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection provisions in their country of residence.

We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
